We ventured out to watch some pavement stabilisation in Sutherland City Council.I was pleased to arrive on site to that familiar smell of hot class 170 bitumen, which was becoming tethered to our large mixer. I had expected the process to be much messier! It didn’t take long before the pavement was taking shape.

I know nothing about this road construction method, but I am about to learn.
