We ventured out to watch some pavement stabilisation in Sutherland City Council.
I was pleased to arrive on site to that familiar smell of hot class 170 bitumen, which was becoming tethered to our large mixer.

I had expected the process to be much messier! It didn’t take long before the pavement was taking shape.
